Saturday*Chris and I went with our realtor and checked out two houses...nothing we liked. We then drove to a house we liked the first week, but sort of forgot the details. Once we saw it again, we fell in love with it. We came home, crunched some numbers, and placed an offer! The sellers did come back yesterday with a counter-offer closer to their selling price, but knocked off 1500 plus their refrigerator. So, we came back with one more counter-offer, their price of the 1500, refrigerator, and they pay up to 4000 in closing costs. I am praying they accept!

Sunday*Happy Father's Day to the Dads of the world. Chris and I have such amazing Fathers in our life. They have been through great times, hard times, trying times, and come out on top as loving and giving Dads. We really appreciate all the love, support, advice, memories they have given to us. I can't wait to see them as Grandpas :) Spoiled Grandpa=Spoiled Grandbaby. We love them both very much.
I also am happy about making my husband into a Father. I can see him now, being the World's Best Dad with t-shirt, tie, and hat. That I will take a picture of.
